Pint can pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up a cloud of floral hops and some sweet smelling light skinned fruity esters with a hit of malts and biscuit malts in the background. The taste delivers a blend of bitter floral hops and sweet fruity apple and pear like esters. It strays into being on the sweet and estery side as well as coming across less than crispy. All in all a decent beer but comes up short as a Kölsch.
