The modest aroma offers up dark fruity esters, molasses drizzled wood, a bit of smokiness and then a little more dark fruitiness and a sense of booze into the end of the draw. The taste delivers a smooth supple rich mouth feel ushering notes of plums and dates leading to molasses and growing smooth boozy bourbon notes. To midway the molasses brings up a thin spiciness and oak heading into a modestly boozy finish. This is smooth and soft and well integrated. Love it. Great sipper.
