This is the third beer in our series utilizing unique yeast strains designed to create the perfect New England IPA. Featuring notes of mango, lychee, and papaya, the hybridized yeast we used in this beer is combined with a Pils malt base and the finest Strata, Citra, and Mosaic hops to create the ultimate fruity, juicy, and refreshing IPA.

Pint can pours with an opaque hazy pale papery gold colored body that supports a thin bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting orange and tangelo and then getting into tangerine and mango ending in a faint whiff of cracker. The taste delivers similar notes of juicy orange and tangelo citrus fruitiness edged thickly by tangy and modestly bitter tangerine notes. Yes, this is juicy, tangy and has a firm yet restrained grapefruit like hop bitterness. This creates a pleasing hop harmony. Nice.
