This hazy, juicy Triple IPA is Spawn of Earp's big brother, a bigger and more intense version of a beer that's already almost as big and intense as they come. Ludicrous amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops come together to form a peachy, tropical, and citrusy explosion of aroma and flavor that pushes the limits of what is possible with an IPA.

Pint can pours with a dirty opaque copper to dull gold colored body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up an inviting load of mango, peach, tangerine and a dash of grapefruit peel. The taste delivers tangy mango to peach depth with a nice wedge of grapefruit like citrus hop bitterness. To midway the citrus to tropical fruity tanginess deepens and by the finish it pulls a mild sense of cracker malts. This is pushing all the right buttons. Wow. Lovely.

Sample during the It's Beignet while, so Parrish the Thought of Deserting Oil of Us for this Road Trip Tasting on 06/26/2021. Cloudy straw color with a medium thick frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hop, citrus and tropical fruits and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering citrusy hop aftertaste. Good IPA overall.
