Pint can pours with a crystal clear pale gold body that supports a full light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up some melon, strawberry, orange marmalade and grapefruit. The taste delivers a blend of chewy thick orange to grapefruit to pine to floral hop bitterness thickened by an elusive layer of sticky maltiness. It's a clean malt base allowing the deep rewarding bitter hoppiness to run from front to back with no real resistance. I'm loving this. More West Coast IPA like this should be made to allow for an alternative to all the over sweet hazy IPA out there. Wow, another quaff and I really need to get more of this!
