Pint can pours with an inky black colored body that supports virtually no head. The aroma offers up an inviting chocolate maltiness, a hit of dark roasted malts and then a light sense of booze. The taste delivers smooth chocolate bars blended with dark roasted malts and a bit of dark roasted coffee. To midway it picks up a thin soft sweet vanilla note just before the barrel treatment weighs in on the experience. This is really nice balanced rich sipper.
