We finally received our 2019 Galaxy hops. The second we ripped a bag open we knew that this was some of the nicest galaxy that we’ve ever encountered. Intense welches red grape juice, passion fruit, etc. DREAMY DRAW DDH DIPA was designed with that in mind. An 8% super pale hazy DIPA base brewed in the same vein as our most recent hazy offerings. @sinaguamalt AZ grown & malted 2-row barley, flaked oats, and @grainrandd unmalted Blue Beard Durum (used this stuff in WHERE’S WALLY and have loved it since). We absolutely saturated it with 2019 Galaxy and that’s it. Big whirlpool addition followed by what’s nearly a double dry hop (compared to SPELLBINDER) of yes, once again, 2019 Galaxy. Could smell this beer all day! An absolute tropical experience.

Pint can pours with a murky opaque dull gold body that supports a lasting light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up fresh mango and then a bit of cantaloupe and guava and some tangelo. The taste is similar with loads of tangy juicy mango, guava, pineapple and tangier tangerine flowing into softer sweet cantaloupe. It's ends with lingering tangy juiciness as well as a sense of pith. Solid all around IPA.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has sweet citrus, mango and a bit of dank guava underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and light onion with mango and some sweet grains backing.
