Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits an opaque dull gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a firm fairly tight off white head of foam. The aroma offers up a blend of mango, cantaloupe, grapefruit and a faint hit of cracker like maltiness. The taste delivers a similar array of hoppiness with soft mango and cantaloupe teaming up with brighter bitter notes of grapefruit and tangy lime. Another sip reveals some floral hoppiness thinly ringing the tropical and citrus hoppiness. Into the finish a sliver of cracker malts murmurs to the surface. This creates plenty of depth and flavor for a low boost offering.
