50cl bottle pours with a clear copper mahogany colored body that supports a thin egenerating light tan head of foam. the aroma offers up boozy plums and figs rolling quickly into caramel covered oak. The taste is similar with rich soft sweet plums and dates and figs quickly soaking up caramel and oaky bourbon booze. To midway there's only a faint sense that Brett was involved at all. As it warmed up and my palate adjusted the soft sweetened Brett grew to modest levels. Solid sipping experience.
