Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a hazy deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet pale malts, some thin apple pear fruity esters and then a pleasing bready cracker sensation. Taste same. Mild cracker breadiness really makes this work and help keep the fruity ester sweetness in check.
