Bomber from Ale Yeah, Roswell. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a thin tan head. Poor head retention. Aroma of raisin, chocolate, caramel and mild hops. The taste is raisin, sugared fruits, herbal hops, chocolate and a bit of spice. Thin-medium bodied. Meh.

Bottle 22fl.oz.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, tea. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, bread, caramel, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130315]

75 cL bottle, GA #100. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty and caramelish. Flat malty, cardboardish. Roasted malty and light breadish into the finish.

The palate is medium to heavy, sticky, syrupy, and a little astringent. Overall, this is a big, malty beer, with a good hop profile in the background.
