Bomber from Ale Yeah, Roswell. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a thin tan head. Poor head retention. Aroma of raisin, chocolate, caramel and mild hops. The taste is raisin, sugared fruits, herbal hops, chocolate and a bit of spice. Thin-medium bodied. Meh.

Bottle 22fl.oz.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, tea. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, bread, caramel, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130315]

22 oz. bottle. Cola colored, bubbly, with no head or lacing. The aroma is rye bread, molasses, peat, and black cherries. The flavor is sweet, sour, and faintly bitter. The palate is medium to heavy, sticky, syrupy, and a little astringent. Overall, this is a big, malty beer, with a good hop profile in the background.
