Draught @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours clear brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, light wood, light sourness, smoke, meat. Flavor is sweet, mildy smoked, malt, caramel, wood, smoked meat, bacon. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet smoked finish. 100819
