On tap at CBC, pours a dark purple with a pink head. Aroma of intense elderberries, with brett in the background, and moderate tartness. Flavour of dry elderberries, with a bizarre brett component, and weird funky quality from it. The combination is a bit fucked up, not really in harmony. Not a disaster, but by no means complex or excellent. Okay.
