Draught. Hazy coppery ruby colour with a small pink head. Aroma is lactic acid, some berries and mild wooden tones. Flavour is alcohol, some berries, tart wood and mild spiciness. Elderberries quite evident when you realize them.

Frisk fruktig lukt med preg av m�rk b�rsaft, b�rskal, tre, gras. Rar beisk smak med preg av b�rskal, krekling, tre, gras, h�y. Litt raudvinaktig. God bitterhet som set godt. Meh.

From old notes. From tap at CBC 2013. Red brown color with pink head. Yeasty and fruity aroma, light funky. Sweet and acidic, tart fruity taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkClear dark red brown - purple orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - purple head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, elderberry, tart, wood, rebena, moderate yeasty, baking yeast notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, rebena, elderberry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130504]

Draft @ CBC 2013. Pours a dark deep reddish color with a pinkish white head. Has a fruity malty sour bretty berry aroma. Fruity sour tart elderberry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart elderberry finish.

From tap. Pours hazy dark purple with a small pink head. Aroma is herbal and citric. Elderberry fruity. Sweet, fruity and herbal elderberry. Fruity and medium dry to into a fruity elderberry finish.

Draft. A red beer with a pink head. The aroma has notes of elderberries and malt. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of brettanomyces and elderberries, leading to a dry finish.
