Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkUnclear medium to dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, red - pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy fruity - berry, blackcurrant, baking yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, dry, blackcurrant, blackcurrant sorbet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130504]

CBC. Unclear red with a small pink head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red berries and vinegar. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. I’ve certainly never had this much acid in a beer listed as a fruit beer before. 040513

Draft. A red beer wtih a pink head. The aroma has notes of berries, malt, and vinegar. The flavor is sour with notes of berries, vinegar, and malt, leading to a tart finish. The acidity draws out the mouthwater.
