Draught @ Birra Artigianale di Qualita (Niviglio Grande 62) Pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grain, nuts, dusty, hay. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, yeast, nuts, dust, hay. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 111215

Il colore è ambrato. La schiuma è poca e presto sparisce. L’intensità olfattiva è leggera e l’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza è corta. Il gusto è leggero con sensazioni boccali frizzantine.

Cloudy amber color with medium sized head. As the beer is warm, the aroma develops well; there is some malt and nice fruitiness. Good malt and caramel flavor, but also a bit too dusty; the yeast presence is just too evident; quite bitter, more than the average Belgian.

Bottled. An unclear Brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, spises, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and bread, leading to a drybspicy finish.

ambrata buona schiuma persistenten fruttata leggero caramello poco luppol tendente al dolce ma non stucchevole nota erbacea leggera speziztura buon corpo un po di caramella
