(bottle, 33cl, Northern Star Weizen, 5.4% abv) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty, delicately sour wheat-malty aroma with notes of fruity and slightly ethereally resiny hops, including notes of citrus, grapefruit and a whiff of mint. Mildly bitter and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Present wheat character with hints of banana and drying hoppy notes; slightly bitter and delicately tart finish with fruity and icy/minty hops, banana and malty flavours return in the aftertaste.
