Hazy DIPA
Our dear friends at Venom Brewing have come to Glen Iris to brew a special collab. A simple question was asked, “What would you want to drink right before diving into a pit of vipers?” The context isn’t important, you could be a snake charmer or a Colonial Marine.
“A Citra forward DIPA" was the answer. And that is what we have in this can - 100% Citra hops from kettle to dry hop.
Hops: Citra
Malts: Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Barley, Dextrose, Lactose
Dry Hop: 27g/L Intensity

(Can) Pours very hazy golden amber with small white head. Nice citrus aroma. Full bodied with texture reminiscent of fruit juice, with fine carbonation. Great taste. Plenty of fruity citrus and some nice hoppy bitterness. Very good.
