(Can) Pours clear straw yellow with small white head. Pleasant interesting aroma with lemon, notes of pear drops and grain, and hints of boiled vegetables. There’s hints of something else there I can’t quite place, maybe bergamot. Light body with lively carbonation. Light taste, as expected for a mid. Pleasant fruity start, mainly citrus with hints of pear. This steadily attenuated through the palate to a finish that has notes of grain. Little malt or bitterness apparent. Pleasant, easy drinking mid-strength beer with some interesting notes.
