(Can. 1.5 hours in freezer) Pours clear deep red with no head. Lovely cherry aroma, albeit more maraschino than fresh cherry. Medium body, with a slight stickiness and fine prickly carbonation. Great taste. It’s nicely sour, with a rich cherry flavour. Very enjoyable and different.

From a 440ml can on 25/5/2023, consumed after two hours in the freezer (as recommended). Pours a deep dark red, with a biggish pink uneven icy head. has a fairly strong cherry nose. The taste is, not surprisingly all cherry too, with a moderate to firm tart finish. Medium bodied with prickly carbonation. Not complex, but enjoyable enough, though could use a touch more sweetness up front.
