From a 16/1/2022. Pours a slightly opaque pink/red with virtually no head. Has a light raspberry cordial aroma. Tastes strongly of raspberry with a nice sweet sour balance. Full bodied with average. Straight forward but bold and very nicely done.

(Can) Pours clear amber red with good very slightly pink head. Nice aroma of raspberries, and some yoghurt funky and metallic hints. Lovely mouthfeel. Medium body with plenty of mouth filling soft carbonation. Good tasting too. There’s plenty of raspberry, and some citrus too. The start is quite sour, but some balancing sweetness develops. There’s some biscuity malt hints in the mid palate and it’s richer than I expect for a sour - maybe that sweetness or the alcohol, which is not otherwise apparent. Unusual and very drinkable.
