(Bottle) Pours clear golden with big loose white head. Subtle pleasant aroma with notes of citrus and hints of pine. Light bodied with plenty of somewhat fizzy carbonation. Taste is a gentle and nicely balanced. There’s some pleasant fruity tang in the start and well into the palate. There’s some pleasant bitterness with peppery notes that builds through the palate. There’s little sweetness or malt. There’s some intriguing banana yeast hints. Very drinkable.
