[Adding this mead I am not 100% confident about the brewery. I purchased this from Mudgee Honey Haven, which is listed in RB as a place and a brewery. However, from the label it is clearly not the brewer, and someone has previously associated them with Mudgee Brewing Company. I have assumed this is correct. Also, whilst the name says mead, the description lists cinnamon, cloves and ginger. The cinnamon is quite distinct. So I have categorised it as Metheglin.] (Bottle) Pours clear very pale straw with no head. Nice aroma of honey and cinnamon. Light body with nice fine bright carbonation. Taste is clean and simple - honey, cinnamon and some tartness. There’s a little residual sweetness but it’s nicely balanced with tartness. Very nice.
