Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish grainy, hay, grain, minerals, sour grass, paper, cereal, leafs, bark. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grainy, hay, weeds, minerals, dried grain, bark, sour grass, paper, cereal, hints of metal tank and butterscotch. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grainy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

A quite nice and crisp lager. Refreshing.
Clear golden color with a fine white head. Fine aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. God balance between sweetness and bitterness. Mellow malty and herbal flavor.

From tap with MHA at Nutheim Gjestgiveri 10.06.16. Hazy peach colour. Slowly diminishing white head. Grass, dried tropical fruits and raw wort of pilsner malt in aroma and taste. Harsh fruits in medium bitter aftertaste.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, grass and hay. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with a grassy and slightly fruity and dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the brewpub. Actually, it’s not brewed here, but at a farm some kilometers away, this is the only place selling it though. It pours an almost clear, golden body and a dense finger thick white head. The aroma has a generic fruity hoppyness, some canned tropical fruits and pine cones. Some herbal and peppery hints. It’s full bodied, with a pleasant carbonation level, quite dry. There’s a fine bitterness on the palate, some pale malts, as well as grass, pine cones and pepper notes. Lasting bitter and dry finish. A tasteful and well brewed surprise. 140626
