Cask @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium to dark yellow - orange amber color with a average to large, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate yeasty, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a lnog to average duration, spicy, hoppy, earthy, wood, sweet malt, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
