Glass Pyramid Project: Subsidiary of CoolHead Brew
For the first release of our Glass Pyramid Project, Helsinki and California collide!
Keeping it real to our San Diego pals hop profiles, we added a large dose of Citra DynaBoost, which is backed up by the NZ all stars of Nelson, Peacharine and the brand new Manilita, shining in this dank, hop bomb of a TIPA.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 26/06/2025.
Murky faded orange topped with a lasting off white cap.
Nose is raw tropical fruit esters, pine resin, guava, hop spice, pineapple.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, hop spice, lychee, pine resin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with danko come resinous hop bitterness allied with a mellow boost.
Solid TIPA ... sips easy ... maintains bitterness ... doesn't run overly sweet.

Can. Hazy yellow gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light but bold creamy sweetness. Crisp pine. Hop spice, fairly strong. Floral peach readily identifiable. A little grapefruit, perhaps. Some hard to pin down fruits. Crisp and hop spicy finish. Nice job. Flavour wise, did my head in, enigmatic, things going on here that are elusive. Like trying to remember a dream the next day. Nice brew!

Can ordered from Left Field Beer. Hazy, nay waxy creamy orange. Thin foamy white head. The aroma combines pulpy stone fruit with a bitter woody (moreso thsn resinous) streak. Gains fruit sugar. Underlying porridge. Our initial gustatory introduction is frui-T. Pulpy but also sugary sweet. This is swiftly followed up by a wave of bitterness melding resin and herbs (well, onion). However the sugar sprinkled fruit is not deterred and and reasserts itself. The bitterness and a sourness then provide an aggressive edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Soft with a lazy twang of fizz. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.
