Aroma – delicate floral & spicy hop notes, with a barely discernible citrus zest character against a backdrop of soft malt tones of biscuit, toast, gently roasted almond & subtle sweet aromatics

Taste – low bitterness which displays a brief flash in the finish and steadily diminishes over time, very slight and refreshing acidity, dry finish

Texture – light body, lively carbonation, discernible coating effect in the finish which lends more body to this beer than expected from the first sip
