Bottle at Christianssand Brygghus. Red orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is berries, crowberries, malt, sourness. Flavour is berries, malt, sourness, crowberries. Medium body. Nice beer.

500 ml bottle @ Christianssand Brygghus. Cloudy reddish orange body with a small and fast disappearing off-white head. Quite weak in aroma, light malty with a faint hint of berries. Flavor is light malty with a bit more pronounced flavor from berries and moderate bitterness. Medium body and medium long aftertaste with malt and berries. I actually preferred the first version as a more exciting and challenging beer. Not so much acidity here and this might result in the feeling of a less refreshing beer. Not a bad beer at all, but for me this is just a rather plain pale ale flavored with some berries in general. But this is a living product and may develop some by time, will try it again if possible.

Appearance: Cloudy red color with a white head that ends up as a thin white layer. Some lacing.
Aroma: Light sour and acidic berry fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet and a mild bitterness. Average carbonation. Dry texture.
Taste: Funky. Light sour and a fine balanced acidic flavor. Berry fruity.
Overall impression: Fresh and nice fruit beer. A lot better than first attempt. Lovely together with some cheese.

Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma has notes of malt, sugar and crowberries. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a very fruity finish with a slighty hint of sourness. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
