New Zealand IPA brewed with Galaxy, Kohatu and Moutere hops all donated to us through Mill 95 as a collaborative effort. Very simple grain bill of high color pale and Carafoam to let the hops do the talking.
Brewed juicy style, the aroma pops with mango and papaya notes with a hint of sweet bubble gum. Subdued bitterness but plenty of hop flavor with tropical fruit notes with mango and pomelo flavors leading the charge.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Golden pour, white foamy head shrinks to to thin cap. Hoppy, earthy aroma. Taste is hoppy and dry, grainy, minor floral notes.

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice citrus hops some grain malts. Taste is more of the nice citrus some tangerine and cereal malts.
