Cask (gravity) @ Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2013, at the University Social Club, Mill Lane, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England CB2 1RX.Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, moderate hoppy, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130119]
