Med ena foten i det skånska låglandet och den andra i oktoberfestens Tyskland har vi bryggt ett välbalanserat och maltigt höstöl. Särskilt väl märks ursprunget i den tilltagna styrkan och de fina stråken av hårdgräddat knäckebröd. Dröjer du kvar i smaken belönas du med en skön botten av örtig beska och viss sötma.

Färgen är halmgul med toner av bärnsten. Så här elegant blir resultatet när förstklassiga råvaror och god bryggarkunskap hamnar i samma flaska. Vi kallar det oktoberlycka.

Bottle. Med-light metallic, otherwise pretty clean. Lacking more balls to be a true oktoberfest for me. Moderate bitterness, moderate body, rather low carbonation. Light grainy maltiness, hops in the background. Drinkable. Good but not great.

Appearance: Clear amber colour with a small off-white head.
Aroma: Fruit, sweet malt, hops, a bit floral.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet malt, fruit, caramel, bread.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some fruits and mild nutty notes. Flavour is floral, some slight berries as well as some toffee and mild nutty notes.

Amber with a small head. Yeast, bread, caramel and dried fruit in the aroma. Fruity, malty and slightly metallic taste with notes of caramel, nuts, grainy bread and yeast.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, toasted, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130328]

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty yeasty aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of cinnamon, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and cinnamon, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
