This year’s Pilgrim "harvest ale" is a green hopped black ale and only uses our own hops; grown from the garden directly behind the brewery. A sessionable, light, black ale, which allows the hops and malts to contribute to the flavour of this limited edition ale.

Cask at the Hare and Billet, Blackheath. Reddish-dark brown pour with a wispy white head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, treacle toffee which segues nicely into the flavour. Long toffee-caramel linger. Not bad.
