An unassuming brewery putting up a strong beer. The family stumbled on Gristworkz over the Thanksgiving weekend and we had this beer. I didn't ask but assume the name of the brew comes from what you find on the end of a dipstick. Yes, rather thick and flavorful too in this case. I had a 13 oz. glass and am glad I stopped there. Totally black, a bare ring of tan, very fine bubbles. It smelled of grain, dark chocolate and alcohol. The drink was dark chocolate, wheat bread, raspberries, dark raisins and booze. Nice. Powerful.
