A pint can in my hand, ready to have a taste. The circuit of beers this evening has a Teku glass in place, I make the pour. Milky lemonade in color this viewing, I also see a stupendous head of wholly white foam. The smell gives off pine initially and then tropical fruit and grass. The taste, well, I get a compromise of EC and WC. Mango, pineapple, an obvious hoppiness, cedar, meadow, varnish and orange juice. Denser than your average New England style, plus in my book along with a limited but noticeable bitterness, this is a quite drinkable DIPA.
