I hear west coast and I am encouraged. This 12 oz can was provided by the nearest HEB and I say thanks. The session's tulip glass gets the pour, yow, a nice red-orange liquid and a parchment brown head finishes. I smell hops, lots of hops. The drink comes along, honeydew melon, pine, a touch of orange, certainly dry, a nice bitterness offset by some sweetness. I like Mosaic if I have a choice, maybe Simcoe will join that.
