Lactic, fruity, minimally wheaty, malty aroma, notes of red and blue berries, red currant, blackcurrant, lingonberry, blue grape juice, a touch of very mild sauerkraut, morello, whiffs of plum. Taste is tart, dry, fruity, slightly lactic, minimally sweet, wheaty malty basis, notes of red currant, blackcurrant, lingonberry, blue grapes, blue grape juice, a touch of morello, plum, dry, minimally herbal-grassy hoppy overtones, subtle, fruity sweetness; dry, slightly astringent finish. Quasi watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Well balanced, very natural fruity flavours - pretty good!
