So. We've found a prickly pear. Never tried it before, so we decided to make a beer with it. The result is a fresh, not so bitter beer with lots and lots of this little prick. Expect melon, apple and grapes. Combined. Especially the melon. Enjoy!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey amber colour with small to average, macropore, immediately collapsing and fading, off-white head. Sugary, sweet-ish malty and slightly citrusy, fruity, hoppy aroma, a touch of lemon, raspberry, cranberry, yeasty, peppery spicy overtones, some ammonia. Taste is sugary sweet and tart-ish, malty, earthy, leafy, fruity hoppy, hints of raspberry, cranberry. Watery texture, dry palate, coarse, fizzy carbonation. Quite strange, way overcarbonated, I can have only small sips, I'm not able to swallow an ample gulp - bad.
