500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, minimally floral hoppy aroma, sweet-ish hints of banana, a touch of papaya, some clove, a touch of liquorice root, whiffs of chamomile. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, minimally floral hoppy, hints of banana, some clove, a touch of papaya, floral honey, , bready malty undertones, whiffs of chamomile. Creamy texture, smooth, soft, silky palate, fine and soft carbonation. A very gentle Hefeweizen, soft, mild, cautious, full of subtleties, without the typical, brute banana punch - very, very nice.
