Fortified Wild Cocktail
w/ Wild Ale, Willibald Gin, Raspberry, & Blackberry • 18% ABV
We put our heads together with the fine folks at Willibald to create a riff on a clover club. To make this fortified beer cocktail, we mixed sweet and sour field berries with the herbal notes of Willibald gin, and balanced it out with a healthy dose of funk and acid from a choice selection of Blood Brothers wild sour barrels.
