Murmuration

Taking its name from the spectacular and ever-changing flight formations made by starling flocks as they prepare to roost on the Marsh, this is our series of small batch ‘one-offs’. Like the starling flocks, a Romney Murmuration is shape-shifting, using the ingredients we are most excited about at the time of brewing. Unexpected sightings several times a year. Cask only.
