“Land of the Sun.” Brewed here at Wander with our lovely Sunnyland neighbors at Otherlands Brewing. A rustic, foeder aged Saison built from a base of Pilsner, spelt and rye malt with un-shy amounts of Czech Saaz and German Northern Brewer. A 6-month conditioning period in one of our 20 bbl oak foeders imparted its signature Brettanomyces complexity without muddying the soul of a sunshine-ready, classic Saison. Notes of orange blossom, spice, and white wine poached bosc pear. Pairs well with friends in beer gardens.
