Draft pour enjoyed at Chuck's CD. Peach colored pour. Very inviting cider here for my usual taste. Love a little heat there. Though this one didn't quite heat up enough, it's not their fault I like it turned up past the average cider drinkers comfort level. Rich strawberry jam nose with apple as more of an afterthought. Apple jumps out first on taste, and has a long and slow transition through berries and peppers. The peppers are just barely there, and if I didn't know they were there, there is a chance I would have missed them. All things considered though, this is a solid product, especially if you bore easily on the plain apple ciders.
