Warning: this hazy IPA may cause memory loss. Or worse, memory loss. 10 Second Tom is the final beer by our interim head brewer, Tom Tørresdal. He put Mosaic, Amarillo and Nectaron in this last entry of his 10 seconds with us here at Vice Beer. Simultaneously, we are happy to welcome our new head brewer, Aaron, an award winning liquid-maker who was previously head brewer at Moonraker, Foreland and ExNovo.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Draft 13 oz pour at Route 2, Monroe. Semi hazy golden orange pour, thin head that fades. Tropical fruit dominated aroma. Flavor is a lot of the same, but it has a pretty harsh bite to it. Moderate bitterness, over ripe tropical fruit. Cool, juicy and melon finish. Pretty good imperial-ish hazy here.
