Cask (handpump) @ Rook and Gaskill, 12 Lawrence Street, York, North Yorkshire, England YO10 3WP.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, cinnamon, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy bitter, cinnamon. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130122]
