Cask (gravity) @ Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2013, at the University Social Club, Mill Lane, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England CB2 1RX.Light unclear medium amber orange color with a small average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, pale nuts - nutty, moderate hoppy, fruity - apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity apple, dry, fruity, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130119]
