Inspired from Franconian beers in Germany, this lager is crisp, malty, and of course, refreshing! Using an almost forgotten old strain of yeast and noble German hops, there's a reason this type of beer has been around since the Middle Ages!

Draft pour enjoyed at Monkey 9, Richmond. Clean and clear golden pour with a patchy head. Crisp forward taste. Gentle grains, cool follow, a small plastic quality. Really easy drinking lager, with no off flavors. Not really unique but ultimately refreshing and enjoyable.
