Hops: Wet Hops from Roy Farms
Infused on brew day with over 25lbs per barrel of freshly picked, wet, whole-cone hops from Roy Farms. Super-charged expressions of melon, papaya, and sweet-pepper show off the extravagance of fresh-hop season. A bit of juniper berry on the finish offers a botanical counterpoint. Medium-bodied with low bitterness.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. This has been a fantastic series, amd one I have began looking forward to during this busy beer season. Juicy golden orange haze. Grassy hop nose, touch of onion, barely a hint of tropical fruits. Flavor is extremely refreshing, with tons of grassy hop character without the vegetal notes that typically seperate the great and good fresh hop brews for me. Smooth taste, solid Chinook hop showcase. Excellent brew
