We bring you a blend of foudre-aged blonde ale that was refermented on apricots and nectarines. But we didn’t stop there. No, we dry hopped heavily with Citra and bottle conditioned this beauty for a crisp bright effervescent pop. All leading to big notes of orange sweet tarts, peach pixie sticks and an undeniable tartness throughout. Time to hop in the hop-tub and be as one with your friends nectarine and apricot man.

Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Hoppy sours might be my favorite style. It was in fact the style that got me into beer in the first place. Slightly cloudy appearance, shiny golden, thin patchy head. Very sour stone fruit nose. Apricot, peach, and a citrus splash. Flavor is an incredible blend of all the same. Intense sour front with a nice, hoppy balance. Long lingering tart. 8/10 in sourness. Sharp throughout. Incredible sour here. Love it.
