We brewed this beer for our friends at Ken's Market, a Seattle staple since 1955. A grain bill of 2-row and pilsner malts creates a crisp, medium bodied base to highlight a trio of late addition hop superstars. Citra, Talus and Galaxy hops bring aromas and flavors of grapefruit, pine and peach.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at the all new Stoup Brewing, Kenmore. First visit, of a whole lot of visits. So glad to welcome these guys to my side of town. Mostly clean golden pour. An overall classic IPA with pine notes, amd hints of juicy fruit, and citrus. Moderate bitter. Lighter feel, but doesn't lack in flavor. Very refreshing taste. Grapefruit late linger, with a cool finish. Really enjoyed this IPA. What a cool place this is!
