We took some time off from brewing this beer to revisit the recipe and develop a completely new IPA around its core tenants of Pilsner malt and Citra. For the malt bill, we added white wheat for dryness and mouthfeel and paired the Citra with one of our current favorite newer hops, HBC 586 to amplify the citrus and juicy fruit aspects plus a little Cryo Columbus gives us touch of classic West Coast dank that we love. Super dry and crisp with a big aroma.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound for some new brewery discovery. Clean golden orange pour, patchy head. A really nice citrus, tangerine like nose to this, apparent right when you crack the can. Overall smooth taste, juicy hops, with a slight crisp edge, moderate bitter bite in the finish. Really refreshing taste. Longering biscuit malt and tangerine combination. A nice IPA, and solid introduction to these guys who just hit out shelves recently.
